New York Governor Andrew Cuomo pays a visit to the North Country and SUNY Plattsburgh to sell his 142-billion dollar budget now before lawmakers and his push for ethics reforms. Willie Janeway, Executive Director of the Adirondack Council joins us to talk about proposals in the Governor’s budget plan that will impact the Adirondack Park and North Country.
