Elizabeth Rogers

Director of Strategic Initiatives and Engagement

Elizabeth joined the Council in 2024 as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Engagement. She is a North Country native and returned to the Adirondacks in 2019 after more than a decade with the National Park Service as Public Affairs Specialist. Throughout her career, she has worked to connect ideas, people, and resources to support healthy natural and human communities. When she isn’t working, Elizabeth is likely to be found rediscovering the wonder of nature with her husband and two young children.
