Andrew Williams

Director of Government Relations

Andrew joined the Council in 2025 as Director of Government Relations. He leads the Council’s government relations team in Albany while also contributing to the Council’s advocacy efforts in Washington, D.C. With over ten years of experience advocating and lobbying on various issues, he specifically focuses on access to clean water and clean air. Andrew holds a BA in Political Science from SUNY Plattsburgh and is a graduate student in the EMPA program at the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. He lives in northern Saratoga County and enjoys spending quality time with his family, skiing, and biking in the Adirondacks.
